Established in 2004, Sichuan Lutong Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. is a provincial-level private construction enterprise, which is mainly engaged in the construction of highway pavement engineering, highway subgrade engineering, highway engineering and municipal public projects. It has the second-class qualification for general contracting of highway engineering construction.

In 2017, Sichuan Lutong Construction Group was formally listed as the practice base for international students of Southwest Jiaotong University and Sichuan provincial key laboratory research base for road engineering of Southwest Jiaotong University.
